National College Welcomes 13 New Professors

Welcome Ceremony Organized at GNC in Honor of Newly Appointed Faculty Members
The process for the new appointment of college-level professors is currently underway, being conducted by the Haryana Public Service Commission, Panchkula. Under this initiative, 13 new professors across various disciplines have been appointed at the Government National College (GNC), Sirsa. The college's Public Relations Officer, Prof. Ramesh Soni, stated that for the past few years, the college had been grappling with a staff shortage due to transfers and retirements resulting from continuous promotions. With these new appointments, while the new professors are delighted to have secured positions at this institution, a wave of joy has also swept through the college administration and the existing staff members. To mark this occasion, a grand welcome ceremony was organized in honor of all the new professors, presided over by Principal Dr. Shatrujeet Singh and skillfully coordinated by the College Staff Committee. The program commenced with a welcome address by the Staff Committee Secretary, Dr. Satyapal, followed by the formal introduction of all the professors. Subsequently, the President of the College Staff Union, Prof. Surender Kumar, familiarized the newly appointed professors with the college's operational procedures and technical aspects. Dr. Sakshi Mehta successfully anchored the proceedings of the event. All staff members extended their congratulations to the newly appointed professors. The ceremony concluded with refreshments.
