Lecture on Indian Civil Defence Code- 2023 organised at National College

At Government National College, Sirsa, the Department of Political Science, chaired by Acting Principal Dr. Anita Maniya, organized an important guest lecture on "Awareness of Chapter XXIII of the Indian Civil Defence Code, 2023." The college's Public Relations Officer, Professor Ramesh Soni, stated that the program was organized in compliance with the directives issued by the Department of Administrative Justice, Haryana, with the aim of raising awareness among students about the latest legal provisions. The program began with a welcome address by Dr. Sandeep Beniwal, the keynote speaker, and the guests.
Advocate Prayagraj, former President of the Sirsa Bar Council, addressed the students as the keynote speaker. He elaborated on the key provisions of Chapter XXIII of the Indian Civil Defence Code, 2023, and explained its practical significance through simple and effective examples. He urged students to be aware of their rights and duties and to develop a sense of respect for the law.
