Inter-College Drug Awareness Program Organized at National College

An Inter-College Drug Awareness Program was successfully organized at Government National College, under the chairmanship of Principal Dr. Shatrujeet Singh and in accordance with the directives of the Director of Higher Education. The primary objective of this program was to raise awareness among the youth regarding the adverse effects of drug abuse.
The college's Public Relations Officer, Professor Ramesh Soni, stated that the event featured several educational and creative activities, including PowerPoint presentations, slogan writing, poster making, and declamation competitions. Students participated enthusiastically and presented impactful messages against drug abuse.
The panel of judges—comprising Dr. Smriti Kamboj, Dr. Karamjit Kaur, and Dr. Sakshi Mehta—evaluated the participants fairly and objectively.
The program was anchored by Dr. Savita. While addressing the students, she placed special emphasis on the harmful effects of drug abuse and inspired everyone to stay away from drugs.
