Report on Axis Bank Assistant Manager Recruitment Drive

An Axis Bank Assistant Manager Recruitment Drive was organized by the Placement Cell, Government National College, Sirsa, on 11 September 2026 at the Multipurpose Hall, GNC Sirsa. The drive was conducted for the pass-out students of the college with the objective of providing them with employment opportunities in the banking sector.
98 students applied online and a total of 40 applicants appeared for the recruitment process. The interview was conducted by the team from NIIT, Jaipur, and after the interview process, 14 students were shortlisted for the next stage of recruitment.
The shortlisted students will appear for a written test, which will be the next step towards final selection. Students who successfully clear the selection process will undergo the prescribed training programme and, upon successful completion, will be absorbed as Assistant Managers with Axis Bank.
The interview and recruitment process was conducted by Mr. Manoj Kashyap, Mr. Rishabh, and Ms. Suhansha from the NIIT team.
The programme was organized under the convenership of Dr. Vivek Goyal, Placement Cell, with the active support of Mr. Amandeep Singh, Ms. Manju Mehta, and Ms. Saroj Rani.
The Principal, Dr. Amita Singh, appreciated the efforts of the Placement Cell and the supporting members for organizing the recruitment drive and facilitating valuable career opportunities for the students.
